Planning a wedding, a send-off, a private dinner or a company event in Dar es Salaam, Zanzibar or Arusha? Let us take the suppliers, the setup and the phone calls off your hands. On the day, all you have to do is be with your people.
gather
so you get the day you pictured

and it is rarely the flowers.
Your guests will remember the entrance, the table, the music and the food. What you are living with right now is very different: quotes that do not add up, deposits, an aunt who wants to change the seating, a venue that still has not confirmed the layout, and a DJ who has not replied since Tuesday.
None of this means you lack taste. It means every one of those small decisions needs someone to own it before the day arrives, and at the moment that someone is you. You are probably already asking yourself:

leave it to us

we handle every moving part, so you can spend the evening with your guests.
01
We become the one person your florist, caterer, decorator, sound and lighting teams, photographer and venue all report to. One list, one number, and it is ours.
02
We set the tables, place the flowers and candles, build the lounge corners and the entrance, then we walk the whole room before anyone arrives.
03
From the first supplier arriving to the last one leaving, every moment has a time next to it: setup, guest arrival, speeches, food, music, the dancing and the pack-down.
04
We walk the venue with you, draw the table plan, sort out access and parking, and decide where every supplier sets up before the doors open.
05
Everyone with an opinion gets heard, every decision gets made, and none of it has to come through you.
06
We are on site from the start. We check, we adjust, we solve whatever comes up without any fuss, and you host.

celebrate
weddings, private celebrations and company events, each planned around the people who are coming.
Some events need a full planning team behind them. Others only need styling and a steady hand on the day. Tell us what you have in mind and we will shape the support around it, not the other way round.
If you are a couple or a family planning a wedding, a send-off, a reception or a destination weekend, we handle the suppliers, the styling, the layout, the guest flow and the schedule with you.
Best for weddings, send-offs, engagements, destination weekends
Birthdays, anniversaries, proposals and the dinners that mean something. We help you host something personal and well planned, without everything landing in the last week.
Best for birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, family dinners
Launches, team dinners, client hosting and award nights that look organised and feel hosted, without your team having to chase anyone on the night.

Zanzibar · Private celebration
Forty guests, one long table by the water, and a whole schedule built backwards from sunset. We had the candles lit by ten past six, everyone seated by twenty to seven, and the first course arriving as the sky turned pink.
What we handled styling direction, supplier timing, tablescape, guest flow
Dar es Salaam · Wedding weekend
Three days, four locations, eleven suppliers and two families with strong opinions. We kept everyone informed about where to be and when. The couple only heard about the generator that arrived late a week after the honeymoon.
What we handled planning support, venue layout, decor coordination, the run sheet

Dar es Salaam · Brand event
A rooftop dinner for clients and partners that had to feel warm and on brand without a single lanyard in sight. The founder gave one toast and spent the rest of the evening at the table with her guests.

in their words
and we would rather you heard it from them.
I had told myself I would be answering calls in my dress. In the end I did not touch my phone from midday until the last dance, because every supplier knew to call Nava and not me.
Neema & Joshua · Wedding, Dar es Salaam
the details
Every question from my mum and my aunties went to Nava instead of me. That alone was worth it. The send-off ran as if they had done it a hundred times.
Zawadi · Send-off, Dar es Salaam
I am told the florist arrived late. I only heard about it a week afterwards. On the night, everything was just there when we walked in.
Amani & Farida · Wedding weekend, Zanzibar
the flowers
We host a client dinner every year, and every year my team spends it in the kitchen. This time they were at the table with everyone else. Two clients asked me who had planned it.
Kelvin · Founder dinner, Dar es Salaam
Speeches at nine meant speeches at nine. Dinner was hot, people danced, and I did not know a plan could feel that relaxed.
Grace · 50th birthday, Arusha
We arrived with a number and a long list. On the first call they told us what would fit and what would not, so there were no surprises later. That is rarer than it should be.
Salma & Idris · Wedding, Zanzibar
We landed four days before the wedding and walked into a plan that was already running: video walk-throughs, one WhatsApp group and no panic.
Priya & Daniel · Destination wedding, Zanzibar
It was launch night for a company that had never hosted anything. Our guests assumed we did this all the time. We had done it once, with Nava.

from your first message to the last supplier leaving.
01
What you are celebrating, the date, the place, roughly how many people, and anything you already have. That is enough for us to start.

02
We ask about the venue, the suppliers you may already have, your budget, the timing, what inspires you and how you want the evening to feel. Then we tell you what needs deciding first.

03
You get one working plan for suppliers, setup, guest flow, decor, production and the schedule of the day, with names and times next to each item.

04
Every supplier knows what to bring, where to set up, who to report to and what time to arrive. If something changes, we deal with it.

05
You walk into a room that has been checked, set up and managed by people who know the plan, and you spend the evening with your guests.

the ones we hear most, with straight answers.
Every event is different, so the real answer often starts with the place, the guest count and how much help you already have. These should give you a good idea before you write to us.
For a wedding or a large event, three to six months gives everyone room to breathe. For a dinner or a birthday, as soon as you have a date and a rough number is fine.
Yes. Dar es Salaam, Zanzibar and Arusha are home for us, and we take on selected events elsewhere depending on the scope and the dates.
Not at all. We work with the suppliers you already have and bring everyone into one plan.
We can. We will still ask you about timing, layout and how guests will move through the space, because decor looks its best when the evening around it works.
Tell us the range you are comfortable with. If the list and the number do not match, we will say so before any work starts, and we will show you what does fit.
The type of event, the date, the location, the guest count, your budget range, what you already have, and the kind of help you would like from us.
Yes. For full planning and event-day coordination we are on site from the first supplier arriving to the last one leaving.
We do. Launches, client dinners, team events, award nights and company gatherings.
It is the most common situation we walk into, and we are good at it. We help separate opinions from decisions and make sure everyone knows what has been agreed.
let's talk
it takes a few minutes now and saves you months of chasing later.
Send us the date, the place, the number of people and anything you already have in mind. We read every message ourselves and reply with the next step, our availability and what we would need to give you a proper quote.
There is no deposit and no commitment at this stage. It is just a conversation about what you are planning.
